Creating an experience that is available 24 hours a day and remains accessible to the public via
technology is essential. This is a huge asset to the industry that spans across the globe.
The virtual tour aimed to highlight animal welfare on board a live export vessel and give the public insights into animal conditions, care and health.
Objectives
- Improve customer perceptions of animal welfare and conditions aboard a live export ship
- Highlight the care taken of the animals on board if they become unwell
- Show ship conditions for animals and crew
